CEO - Shane Speirs, MD, MBA

Shane is a physician and healthcare professional, AI/predictive analysis expert, and statistician with experience in healthcare leadership, healthcare data modeling, and geriatric care management. He obtained an MBA in Healthcare Management at W.P. Carey School of Business. Shane is a physician Board Certified in Family Medicine and Geriatric Medicine, and has an active Arizona and California Medical License. Shane has owned and operated healthcare companies specializing in telehealth, artificial intelligence associated with healthcare delivery, and statistics.

CTO - Bill Jentarra, MBA

Bill is a technology executive, entrepreneur, and CTO with deep expertise in architecting and scaling data-driven solutions. He has built and led high-growth startups that leverage AI, business intelligence, and advanced analytics to transform healthcare and finance. With a strong track record in system architecture, predictive analytics, and enterprise software, he specializes in designing scalable, cost-effective solutions that solve complex business challenges. From patient analytics to fintech applications, he drives technology that enhances decision-making and efficiency. Throughout his career, Bill has led digital transformation initiatives, helping organizations adopt AI and automation to gain a competitive edge. He holds an undergraduate degree in engineering and an MBA.

COO - Trase Barney

Trase is an enthusiastic leader with an extensive background in growing and operating national healthcare organizations. He has led the growth and development of over 250 clinics nationwide in Urgent Care, Ophthalmology and Autism care. He has a strong knowledge for effective growth strategies and scalable processes and is expert in maintaining budgets, timelines, and cost saving initiatives. Recognized throughout his career for leveraging in-depth knowledge of healthcare management, business solutions, and national growth to significantly increase revenue and operational efficiencies. Trase graduated from Arizona State University in business.
